BlueColr uses your location to show nearby artisans and service providers. You have full control over your location privacy:

• Share Location: Toggle whether your location is used for service discovery.
• Hide Exact Location: When enabled, your ads show an approximate location (~500m offset) instead of your exact position.
• Your real coordinates are never shared with other users when approximate location is enabled.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

Other Users: Your profile name, picture, and approximate location (if enabled) are visible to other users when you have active service listings.

Service Providers: Payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers who help us operate the App.

Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication with JWT tokens
• Location fraud detection and prevention
• Regular security audits

You can manage your privacy through the App settings:

• Show Online Status: Control whether others see when you are online.
• Push, Email, and Message Notifications: Choose which notifications you receive.
• Blocked Users: Prevent specific users from contacting you or viewing your listings.
• Account Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

BlueColr is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means.
