Delete Your Account
BlueColr allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account
Permanently deleted: Your profile information (name, email, profile picture), service listings and ads, chat messages, reviews you've written, saved favorites, and location history.
Retained as required by law: Transaction records and payment history may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
Processing time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
How to delete your account
Option 1: From the App
Open Settings
Go to your Profile tab, then tap Settings.
Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm Deletion
Review the information about what will be deleted, then confirm your request.
Option 2: Contact Us
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us. Please include your registered phone number so we can verify your identity.
